Mike Hazell is principal owner of HR Resolve and has a strong background working at senior level within HR, including HR Director, for national and international organisations.
For over 12 years, Mike has headed up HR teams within the legal industry, financial services and the travel sector, based mainly in Bristol, but also recently working in London, Europe and ASIA.
Mike has significant business expertise handling HR matters affecting an organisation – business restructuring, relocation of employees, managing redundancies, complex employee relations, performance management, grievances, and business mergers.
At HR Resolve, we fully understand the importance of making sure an organisation manages all the human resources affairs correctly, in accordance with employment law and best practice.
